Dartmouth Curling Club Junior Program - Information Session on Junior Bonspiels in Nova Scotia

Curling is a bit different from other organized sports. When you register for the Dartmouth Curling Club Junior program, the focus is the Saturday instruction and teaching the kids the basics of curling. Forming teams and finding coaches would be the responsibility of the parents. However, the curling club is here to help support parents and our first attempt to do this is an information session on Saturday October 10th at 10:00am at the Dartmouth Curling Club.

 

The goal for the session is to (1) give an introduction to our Junior curling program, (2) provide details on junior curling within Nova Scotia, (3) highlight the potential junior bonspiels and (4) forming teams. The session is open to all curlers, especially the ones who are looking for a team or interested in potentially forming for the upcoming season. The hope is to figure out who is interested in doing bonspiels and start the process of forming teams and making connections.
