The Dartmouth Curling Club Learn to Curl Program is a great event to get your introduction to Curling. All you need to bring is clean sneakers and we also recommend the use of helmets as a safety precaution. If you think you can't master the curling delivery due to physical limitations, we can introduce you to Stick Curling.

Extra Details: Each week participants will learn aspects of the game including good stretching habits. Individuals will get to learn each position. The program will wrap up on November 19th with a social gathering! We are targeting individuals with available time during the day as we have a very successful day time program and we are looking to invite new members in for our day time leagues.

Your Nova Scotia Curling Association with the support of the DCC will be host to the 2-day NCCP Club Coach Clinic.
The focus of this workshop is on learning to create an environment where junior curlers can continue to develop their skills, and adult curlers can learn the skills and etiquette of the game in a safe, non-threatening manner. This NCCP (National Coaching Certification Program) It is primarily designed for coaches/instructors who will be working with adult or juniors playing recreationally within the club or interclub leagues. It's also suitable for instructors who conduct Learn to Curl and Advanced Clinics within the club.
The course will run on Saturday October 19th & Sunday October 20th from 9am to 5pm. Bring a lunch and your on-ice gear!

Let's Try Curling 101!
The Dartmouth Curling Club is hosting a family friendly learn to curl event. Register as an individual or families can register as a group. If you are under the age of 12 you are required to wear a helmet while on the ice. Helmets for anyone over 12 is recommended but not mandatory.

Time: 6:30pm - 8:30pm
There will be 1-Hour of on ice instruction and a 1-Hour of social in our Lounge area which will include snacks and beverages.

Its time for the Dartmouth Curling Club Halloween HOWL!!!!!!!!!!!
Join us for some on ice fun and games in the upper lounge, we will have music and other fun activities! This is opened to family and friends, if non-members are curling they will need to complete the waiver form.

Time: Arrive for 7pm
4-Ends of curling to start at 730pm (depending on our numbers we may have a second draw)
Games: Crib, Pass the Ace, Left-Right-Center, plus more.

Dartmouth Curling Club will be hosting its Club Championship Qualifying event December 20th - 222nd. This event will determine our club representatives for the upcoming Provincial Curling Club Championships. The Men's Provincial Playdowns will be March 5-9th at the Lakeshore Curling Club and the Women's Provincial Playdowns will be March 20-23rd at the Digby Curling Club.

DCC is proud to bring you its first annual Cash Spiel. We are offering this event for teams following the Tier 2 or 3 competion stream as outlined in the NSCA Competition Calendar.
We are excited to bring you a weekend full of great curling, and fun. We currently have 11 Teams and are capping the event at 12.
